Bill Fiasco is a trial lawyer with a practice devoted almost entirely to medical negligence defense. He is active in the Defense Research Institute, including as a member of DRI’s Medical Negligence and Trial Techniques Committees. Mr. Fiasco received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma. He was an Ungerman Scholar, a two-time member of the National Trial Advocacy team and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Fiasco has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Fiasco is A-V rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
