Carol J. Allen received her Juris Doctor in 1998 from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She was the Recipient of the CALI Awards for Excellence in Introduction to Advocacy and Remedies. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern State University in 1995 receiving a B.S. in Criminal Justice.
