Maguire was inducted into the membership of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a nationwide organization of trial lawyers representing both the plaintiff and defense which is dedicated to the preservation of the constitutional right of a jury trial. Membership is by invitation only and election based on active trial participation and courtroom experience as a trial lawyer.

Mr. Maguire, a shareholder of Atkinson, Haskins, Nellis, Brittingham, Gladd & Carwile, has substantial civil litigation experience related to products liability, premises liability, vehicular negligence, and other insurance related claims in both the Federal and State Courts in Oklahoma.
