Stacie Hixon graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2002. She received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from Oklahoma State University in 1996 and 1997. While in law school, Ms. Hixon was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Dean’s Honor Roll. She received CALI Awards of Excellence in Energy Policy, Basic Oil and Gas, and Mergers and Acquisitions. She also served as an executive editor for the ABA Year in Review for Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources in 2001 and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Energy Law Journal in 2001-2002, and was the National Energy and Environment Law Policy Institute Outstanding Student of 2002. She focuses her practice on general civil litigation.
