Rhiannon K. Baker graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law after receiving a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Tulsa. While in law school, Ms. Baker served as Executive Editor of the Tulsa Law Review, and was awarded the Order of the Curale Chair for academic excellence and distinguished service. Ms. Baker's practice is focused on appellate advocacy and civil litigation, with an emphasis in research.
