James A. Higgins graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1999 where he served as an editor on the Tulsa Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the Oklahoma, Tulsa and American Bar Associations. Mr. Higgins practices in the areas of medical malpractice, appellate advocacy, insurance law, and general civil litigation.
