Bill Fiasco is a trial lawyer with a practice devoted almost entirely to medical negligence defense. He is active in the Defense Research Institute, including as a member of DRI’s Medical Negligence and Trial Techniques Committees. Mr. Fiasco received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma. He was an Ungerman Scholar, a two-time member of the National Trial Advocacy team and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Fiasco has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts.
