Michael Simpson's practice emphasizes on civil litigation, mediation and arbitration in commercial law, construction and surety, design professional liability, contract law, insurance coverage, and general insurance defense. Mr. Simpson graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1998 after receiving his B.A. from the American University in 1995. While in law school, he served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Maryland Law Review. Prior to practicing as a civil litigation attorney, Mr. Simpson served two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Dale R. Cathell of the Maryland Court of Appeals. Mr. Simpson serves on the Board of Directors for the Tulsa Children's Museum and has two daughters.
