Michael Scoggins graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law with highest honors after receiving a B. A. degree in history from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. While in law school, Mr. Scoggins served as the Notes and Comments Research Editor of the Tulsa Law Review, was a member of the Dean's Honor Roll, and was awarded the Order of the Curule Chair for academic exellence. Mr. Scoggins' practice is focused on civil litigation and his cases involve medical malpractice defense, bad faith insurance disputes and vehicular negligence.
