James Edmonds graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1993, where he was selected for Order of the Coif and the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi. While in law school, he was a member of the Kansas Law Review, serving as assistant editor of the Criminal Procedure Review and a staff member of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. He received the American Jurisprudence Award in Evidence and the Payne & Jones Appellate Advocacy Award. He received a bachelors degree in political science and a masters degree in philosophy from the University of Kansas. Mr. Edmonds has been with the firm since his graduation from law school. He practices in the areas of insurance bad faith, employment law, negligence, products liability and appellate advocacy.
