Mr. Lawson earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Southwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school, he served as a staff member for the Tulsa Law Journal, was the Vice-President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Chapter, and was a member of the ATLA trial practice team. Also, while attending law school, he worked as a research assistant for Professor Martin Frey. He was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in April 2001.
