Clark Phipps graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School after receiving a B.S. degree in mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. While at the University of Oklahoma, he was a Sarkey’s Foundation grant recipient for the study of life sciences and the student chair to the Faculty Executive Committee. His trial practice emphasizes business litigation, medical malpractice, securities broker-dealer disputes, insurance law, pharmaceutical/medical devices, and class actions.
