J. Craig Buchan joined Atkinson Haskins in 2002 after receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a native of Tulsa and received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1999. While in law school at OU, he was selected as a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and served as note editor. He was also a member of the National Trial Team.
Mr. Buchan's practice includes a broad range of civil litigation defense and an emphasis on medical negligence, products liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, and commercial litigation. He has defended and tried numerous cases in both state and federal court. Mr. Buchan is a 2005 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel's Trial Academy at Stanford Law School.
